The Guardian Range of Kiosks - Specifications and Options

Windows

Windows are manufactured from 4mm toughened glass in anodised aluminium or powder coated frames. Frames can also be supplied to match the exterior colour of the kiosk. Double glazing, solar reflective or bomb blast glazing can also be specified..

Doors

Standard doors are constructed of reinforced glassfibre and are fitted with' stainless steel hinges, mortice lock and heavy duty restricting stay.Doors on 2.4mm panels are fitted to the left. Doors can be specified as left or right hand hung.

Options:
Aluminium framed top glazed door.
Heavy duty door closer.
Door moved to right of panel position.

Vending Hatch

Glassfibre vending window /hatch with stay (can be specified for either 1200mm or 2400mm panel).

Fixing

Kiosks  are supplied ready to be fitted onto a square level concrete base using 10mm through bolts. Internal fixing down points are located through floor cover caps. Alternatively, kiosks can be supplied with a steel base with fixing points allowing units to be used where a concrete base is not practical.

Interior Finish

The interior of the kiosks is finished in a  flecked washable textured coating.

Options:

Resin coated internal finish in any colour from the standard external colour range.

Electrics

Standard set of electrics comprises:

Fluorescent light fitting, switched 13 amp double socket wired into a 4 way consumer unit with mini circuit breakers and main RCCB.

Options:

2kw wall mounted convector heater, IP 65/66 rated fittings, external lights,

Floor traps can be specifi.ed to enable the power supply to enter the cabin through floor ducts.

Floors

Standard floors comprise of 18mm decking with heavy duty vinyl flooring and under floor insulation.S. polystyrene for insulation.

Canopies & External Shelving

Kiosks can be supplied with external canopies (500mm wide) and shelves (230mm wide). These are manufactured from glassfibre and can be specified in the same or a different colour to the kiosk if required. 

Options:

GRP canopy for 840mm x 500mm  and 840mm x 840mm windows.

GRP canopy for 1750 x 840mm windows.

GRPexternal shelving / counter 1000mm

GRP shelving 2000mm

Security

Kiosks can be supplied with glassfibre shutters to give protection to windows.

These are supplied in the same colour as the kiosk and can be either hinged or fitted in aluminium tracking.

Alternatively, steel mesh anti-vandal guards or roller shutters can also be specified.

Options:

GRP shutter anti-vandal shutters (either on drop down hinges or in aluminium track)

Steel mesh anti-vandal guards.

Roller security shutters.

Miscellaneous

Options:

Heavy duty interior shelving.

Document drawer with lock.

WC cubicle (with hand basin and cold water supply loose fitted).

Electric hot water heater.

External Colour

Any colour (gloss) from the BS4800 or RAL range (excl metallic or special finishes).
