Protection Enclosures - Specification

Construction
Fibaform Protection Enclosures are manufactured from glassfibre reinforced polyester, encapsulating a 12mm or 18mm timber core. Where higher thermal or acoustic properties are required pu foam is incorporated into the moulding process enabling us to achieve a "U" value of .25. Weather resistance is IP65 but this can be increased where required.

Fire Resistance
Standard fire resistance is to BS476: Part 7, Class 2. HIgher performance fire rating can be specified.

Doors
A full range of doors can be specified from single personnel doors to full height double opening doors. Doors are manufactured from GRP with timber encapsulated within the glassfibre laminate and reinforced with steel. Doors can be fitted into any appropriate sized walls. Removable transom and sills can be specified where extra doorway height or access is required. Also available are a full range of locking mechanisms. Door seals are fitted as standard.

Floors / Bases

Enclosures can be supplied with either an open base with internal fixing down flange or an integral timber or GRP floor. Alternatively, enclosures can be supplied on a steel base with chequerplate steel decking.

Electrics

Electrical installations are in accordance with NIC / IEE regulations encompassing domestic to Zone 1 as required.

Explosion Relief

Enclosures with explosion relief roofs can be supplied.

Internal Finish

Either resin coated or washable textured flecked paint finish.

Ventilation

A full range is available, including weather louvres and electrical forced ventilation.

Heating / Cooling

Airconditioning can be specified along with a range of heating such as anti-frost heaters, background heating, personnel heating etc
