The successful applicant will be using traditional hand layup laminating techniques in conjunction with new spray gun techniques. Full training will be provided for all aspects of the job including;
Panel setup
Gelling
Laminating (Hand & Spray)
Resin Washing
Spray Gun Maintenance
Attention to detail and ability to read technical drawings is essential for this role.
Essential Skills:
Communication skills with people internally and externally to the business.
Able to work in a team environment.
Organisational skills.
Ability to read, interpret and scrutinise CAD drawings & plans to ensure best fit solution.
Understand instructions.
Planning and prioritising skills to meet deadlines.
Preferable Skills:
Hand / Spray Laminating experience.
RTM experience
Forklift licence.
Health and safety awareness.
First aid.
Probation Wage of £8.91/hr rising after successful probation period.
Hours of work are:
Monday to Thursday: 7:30am to 4:30pm,
Friday: 7:30am to 2:00pm
The successful applicant will be using hand tools to construct GRP Enclosures. Full training will be provided for all aspects of the job including.
GRP Shell Building
Basic Joinery

This is a new department to the company and we are looking for people to join us at the ground level and grow with the department.
The successful applicant will be using the RTM layup laminating techniques and will be fully trained in this along with other aspects aspects of the job including;
Panel setup
Gelling
Laminating
Resin Washing

· Plan and monitor schedules, working in conjunction with Production Manager to achieve customer delivery requirements.
· Monitor weekly KPI’s.
· Liaise with purchasing & technical departments, making sure all raw materials are in stock for upcoming works.
· Liaise with technical department, making sure all required cutting lists are completed and ready for manufacture.
· Liaise with Manufacturing department, making sure all required build items completed and ready for assembly.
· Carry out non conformance reports/investigations as per company ISO9001 procedures.
· Ensure all works being carried out adhere to company H&S policies.
· Carry out toolbox talks.
· Participate in monthly H&S meetings/H&S tours.
· Ensure a high standard of housekeeping across production areas.
· Ensure plant & equipment is kept in good working order with regular maintenance checks.
· Oversee HR on teams, including holidays, back to work interviews and disciplinary meetings.
